SeaQuill Writers does not gather personal information about website visitors with these exceptions: 

• Those who use any of the submission forms on the site consent to having their voluntarily submitted information stored for the purpose of responding to their inquiry or submission. No personal information is ever shared with anyone outside SeaQuill Writers, nor will it ever be sold to anyone. Upon request, personal information can be deleted

• Those who have signed up for the newsletter can opt-out/unsubscribe at any time by using the link provided at the bottom of any and every newsletter. Their data will be immediately deleted from the list.

• We use MailerLite to manage our email marketing subscriber list and send emails to our subscribers. MailerLite is a third-party provider, which may collect and process your data using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter. MailerLite’s privacy policy is available at https://www.mailerlite.com/privacy-policy. Subscribers can unsubscribe from our newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the end of each newsletter.

• Those who request membership will have their voluntarily submitted information stored pending approval. If approval is denied for any reason, the information will be deleted.

• Members will have their voluntarily submitted information stored for the duration of their membership, to be used in ways agreed to by the member, never to be shared with any other entity for purposes other than what the member has agreed to.

• Users of any part of the website may update, correct, or withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time.
